Delegate Cancellation and Refund Policy:
 

• Cancellations must be notified to the Conference Manager by email:  tracy@on-cue.co.nz 

• Cancellation on or before 29 May will incur a $100.00+GST cancellation fee

• Cancellation after 30 May 2026 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• There will be no refund for any registered delegate who does not attend on the day of conference

• Any refunds will be processed after the conference. Refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee, and considered on a case by case basis.

• Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, please advise On-Cue of any name change as soon as possible.

Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event of the in-person conference being cancelled more than 14 days prior to the conference start date, due to any unforeseen circumstances (ie pandemic or weather event), the conference may be postponed to a new date. In the event of the in-person conference being cancelled within 14 days prior to the conference start date or once the conference has started, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the conference organising committee. Cancellation fees may be retained to cover costs incurred. If a delegate is unable to attend as they are unwell, they are welcome to send a substitute delegate without penalty and the committee will consider processing a refund following the conclusion of the conference.

The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information. The conference organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and vary the advertised programme.If a speaker cancels for any reason beyond the organiser's control, there is no right of exchange and no obligation is assumed by the organisers for arranging a substitute speaker.

Insurance:

Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.

Privacy:

Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the organisers will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
